I don't get to fancy....I plant the herbs I use lots of all summer like sweet basil, Italian parsley, mint and lots and lots of cilantro.

And of course I had to include a picture of my all time favorite herb garden....from the movie Practical Magic. Sigh, I wish I had a room just like this in my house!

So I've been getting some relaxing down time in after the long hours of jewelry making during the Mother's Day holiday.

Found a little summer drink inspiration......nothing brings in summer like some fruity drinks in a tall glass with lots of ice clinking around.....it doesn't really get any easier than a little lemon, okay lots of lemon, squeezed into a glass of spring water. Add ice. Top off with a sugar rim. So simple and so refreshing!
